The aggressive schedule along with limited site usage created a scenario where the four-story east infill had to be built at the same time as the 15-story Hotel.  The challenge here was that the tower crane and main loading area for the hotel had to be located in the center of the east infill creating a “hole” in the infill that couldn’t be closed up until the project was nearing completion.  A large crew along with some overtime was able to make it happen.
