Bayshore Mall is a large open-air shopping mall/mixed use complex consisting of over a dozen buildings including retail shops, restaurants, offices and residential units with a combined total retail floor area of 1,300,000 square feet.  The renovation project included separating buildings, adding roads, reconfiguring parking, building structures, adding exterior canopies, and exterior façade upgrades to many of the buildings.
