New construction of an 80,000 SF retail sporting goods store and the renovation of the mall’s entrance. The Dick’s Sporting Goods store and mall entry renovation were two seperate projects with different architects that all tied together.
It was a fast-paced schedule for a larger retail building that also needed to be cohesive with the mall renovation. The air and weather barriers required a lot of coordination between trades due to the varying exterior facades.
