Tall decks with a high deflection criteria and exposed ceilings created many challenges for the head-of-wall conditions.  Also, having an aggressive schedule take place while there are supply chain issues created its own set of problems and potential delays.  Fortunately, Olympic’s experience along with an aggressive management plan and lots of pre-planning ended with a successful project that was completed on time.
