Allianz Field is a dedicated open air Soccer Stadium, with a seating capacity of almost 20,000. Olympic was responsible for multiple scopes of work on this project, so coordination was critical to project success. (See below for more details) We had a great crew on this project, with multiple foremen taking care of all of our different scopes of work. The fast-paced schedule required good communication.
Team owners were very engaged in this project and are extremely happy with their new home.
Exterior enclosure systems were fairly complex, one major hurdle was to achieve NFPA 285 code compliance with many different components, installed by multiple contractors. Olympic played a significant role in coordinating that effort. The project also had significant subcontracting and workforce participation requirements.
