The O2 Market Rate Tower Project is a new 22 story 382,806 SF residential apartment building over a two-story underground parking garage. The building will have amenities located on levels 1, 2 & 22.
The O2 Market Rate Tower was a downtown project with limited space for deliveries and minimal lay down area for materials. The project team was able to maintain a weather tight building prior to topping off. This allowed for finishes to be completed in order to maintain schedule.
