Kingpinz Social is a 53,000 square-foot family entertainment facility that offers a full-service restaurant, 2 bars, 14 lanes of bowling, 6 lanes of private bowling, private event accommodations, a state of the art arcade, escape rooms, and a laser tag course.
We had the complete interior and exterior wall systems scope, as well as the 53,000 square-foot of spray applied fireproofing. With the large quantities of fireproofing and interior wall and ceiling work accompanied with a fast-paced schedule and frequent design-built changes, it was very important we maintained good communication with everyone involved.
Scheduling phases of work with other trade to allow ample time for fireproofing after concrete and before any additional work. Building a giant radius wall in the front entry to create a perfectly rounded substrate for custom graphics.
