A two-story surgical center with over 45,000 square feet of space which includes operating rooms, medical offices and riverfront patient suites overlooking the Missouri River.
With a wet spring and summer, working just feet away from the Missouri River provided the most difficult challenge for us. We could not set up scaffolding to do our EIFS so we used 50’ all terrain lifts to do all of our EIFS. We also paid careful attention to any soil erosion next to the Missouri River.
